At this time, the board core is made of coiled material, usually 500 meters. At this time, the board core needs to be stored at room temperature for about 7 days (ripening period). The previous process was half a month, and after long-term practical research, it has been proven that one week is the ideal state. If the time is too short, the hardness of the board will not meet the expected requirements, and the thickness of the board will be too thick; Over time, the hardness of the board is too hard, but the thickness may be thinner. The ripening period is to discharge some of the waste gas from the board core.
